Affirmative Market Program
The Affirmative Market Program was established to promote equality in the state contracting market by ensuring full participation of minority- and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) in all areas of state contracting including construction, design, goods and services.

Chambers of Commerce

Kirstein Business Branch
The Kirstein Business Branch is a specialized business reference and research service of the Boston Public Library.

Massachusetts Business Resource Team (BRT)
The BRT is a single point of contact that brings to bear all the resources and incentives available to businesses in the Commonwealth.

Massachusetts Export Center
The Massachusetts Export Center aims to meet the complex needs of exporters by developing and providing targeted, high-impact services through a statewide network of international trade professionals.

New England Minority Supplier Development Council (NEMS DC)
The NEMSDC certifies and matches Fortune 500 companies and other members with over 15,000 minority-owned businesses, as well as provides other services and programs.

The Procurement Technical Assistance Center can guide small business owners through the government procurement proves and provide them with information on how to become more competitive in the government marketplace.

Small Business Administration
The Small Business Administration (SBA) provides assistance to small businesses in four primary areas: advocacy, management, procurement and financial assistance.

State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (SOMWBA)
